Coming soon and currently finishing up in our fermenter we have a one off treat coming up. Brewed with our usual crisp, clean yeast alongside our regular all Barley, no wheat grist, it takes centre stage in this very drinkable pale ale. Famed for its bold fruit aroma and flavour, uniquely it has blueberry amongst the usual mix of citrus, pine and tropical flavour descriptors. Can’t wait, we’re all really excited to try this

Beers from Stroud’s newest, freshest brewery are now on tap in local pubs Beers from The Fresh Standard Brew Co—which have been going down a storm in canned and bag-in-box form during lockdown—are now available on handpump in selected pubs since the partial easing of lockdown. Beer has always leaned heavily into nostalgia. This is the same way that new music is never really as good as when you were a teenager, the first beers that really triggered your love for it (or more correctly the time addled memory of them) become the benchmark which the flavour/reward corner of your brain points you to. I’ve always enjoyed beer, I don’t recall ever having to develop a taste for it, but my real passion for it emerged just as brewers in this country started to emulate American style craft beers here.
